RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis two years ago, I wanted to strengthen my body. I also wanted to learn deep relaxation. The Restorative Yoga techniques really helped aid my skills in managing the condition. Daphne has taught me how to focus my mind to assist in pain management and relaxation techniques. I attended six sessions with Daphne, she is a very warm, caring and professional person. Daphne has helped me relax and focus on my own ability. Every day now I practice the postures she has taught me. I find that these techniques to be of a huge benefit and thoroughly recommend the Restorative Yoga Daphne provides. J
BACK PAIN Yoga has made an immeasurable difference to my well- being. I take every opportunity to recommend it to my family and friends and other people I meet who are struggling to regain health. I am more flexible than I have been in years. Many years ago, I was hospitalised for spinal problems and attended a back-maintenance clinic. I must take care but with Daphne’s expertise and careful teaching I can attain postures which previously would have been impossible. I continue to improve and realise that my progress is facilitated by a teacher who is vigilant about safety and precise in teaching the correct posture technique. I have no hesitation in saying that I found Daphne to be a superb yoga teacher and I commend her and recommend her unreservedly. K
SCOLIOSIS AND OSTEOARTHRITIS . I truly cannot believe what a difference the exercises have made to my life. Pain is no longer constant, sleeping is better and taking fewer pain killers. Amazing!!! K
