Class Updates

Hot Yoga is still on-going at Radiant Well-being (see Classes) on Sunday afternoons.  There is plenty of demand, so the studio owners are considering opening another hot class.  For now, students could take a Hot Yoga on Sunday, and take one of the mid-week workout classes to get in two workouts a week.

I am also teaching at The Family Y (Wilson Branch) on Wednesdays at 9:45am.  ”Pranakriya Yoga” is an hour-long workout class.  If you are a member of the Y, this class is a good way to prepare for the 90 minute hot class.

My schedule will be opening up soon, so I’m starting to look for another class opportunity.  Stay tuned for updates!
